- On-Device First: Processing occurs locally on user hardware via Apple CoreData, Metal 3, and AVAudioEngine wherever possible;
- Zero Data Brokerage: We never sell, rent, monetize, or lease personal identifiers, analytics records, or usage telemetry to third-party data brokers;
- Data Minimization: We request only the minimal hardware permissions strictly necessary for application functionality (e.g., photo library access solely for color grading in our photography pipeline);
- Hardware Encryption: Any local application data stored on your device is protected by iOS Data Protection APIs leveraging the Apple Secure Enclave.
3. Information We Process & Legal Basis
Depending on how you interact with our iOS applications and corporate website, we process the following categories of data:
- Application Operational Data: User-created productivity tasks, focus sessions, sound frequency preferences, and local photo grading settings are stored entirely on your local iOS device storage or within your private iCloud container via CloudKit. - Aggregated Anonymous Diagnostics: If you explicitly opt in to share crash diagnostics with app developers in your iOS System Settings, Apple provides us with anonymized stack traces and crash logs via App Store Connect. 4. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Zero Tracking Policy
Zero Cross-App Tracking Guarantee: Vicenter Viet Nam applications do not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do not access or collect the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Our applications do not present an ATT prompt because our software architecture operates with zero third-party cross-app profiling.
We respect the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) solely within local iOS system sessions for application lifecycle management and bug diagnostics, strictly bound to Vicenter's vendor bundle on your device.
